The 3.1 Philip Lim brand is defined by their meticulous craftsmanship. From the personalized luxury of an in-store experience to the modern lines of the clothes, a simple beauty—with a touch of calculated madness—can be found throughout. When it came to creating a branded online presence that would driver higher conversion (sales) online, the same details in aesthetic and strategy were required.
Although the 3.1 PhilipLim.com site generated large amounts of traffic, there was opportunity for growth in online sales. Working with a team, I helped audit the site and create a concept to improve the 3.1 PhilipLim.com design and user experience. We determined that, at their price point, 3.1 PhilipLim.com needed to work not only to encourage online sales, but also to drive toward in-store shopping experiences as a point of purchase. The design I created for the desktop and mobile site had these two goals in mind in addition to the brand style and personality.
